Singapore, 17 April 2026 - Singapore's largest real estate agency, PropNex Realty, today announced a key strategic leadership appointment at its PropNex Gala 2026, reinforcing its continued focus on growth and market leadership in Singapore's property sector.
The company has appointed Marcus Luah as Chief Growth Officer (CGO), a newly established role aimed at strengthening PropNex's growth trajectory and driving key strategic initiatives across the organisation.
In this role, Marcus will work closely with Eddie Lim, Chief Agency Officer, and Kelvin Fong, Chief Executive Officer, to spearhead strategies focused on expanding the salesforce, including talent recruitment, retention, and leadership development. In addition, he will continue to lead his own team alongside this expanded portfolio.
This appointment reflects PropNex's ongoing commitment to leadership grooming and succession planning, with a strong emphasis on nurturing leaders who possess deep industry knowledge and strong on-the-ground experience. As part of this leadership pipeline, PropNex introduced its Agency Vice President (AVP) framework in 2023, with Marcus Luah among the inaugural group of five AVPs identified for their leadership potential.
With close to two decades of experience in the real estate industry, Marcus joined PropNex in 2012 at the age of 30. Today, he leads a formidable network of more than 200 team leaders and over 5,000 salespersons under his advisory group, testament to his strong leadership, mentorship, and ability to build and inspire high-performing teams.
Widely respected for his strong ground connection and industry insights, Marcus is also a consistent top achiever, having attained the prestigious PropNex Millionaire title consecutively from 2021 to 2025. His engaging presence on social media further reflects his ability to connect, influence, and inspire within the real estate community.
